Infor on Panels? ( not the kind in the aret show)

A quick question here.

I do mainly Art Show stuff at ARISIA, I am in the art show and this year am going to have one of the new "fan tables".

I recieved all the art show info and stuff, but never got the info on panels. Is it to late to find out what panels there are going to be, and to add my name to be considered for certain ones?

I am interested in being on any panels about the subject of L.A.R.Ps.

You need to email programming about this in general. There are LARPS running at the convention, but the gaming panel list in general has been cut back this year, in part due to the lateness of everything getting done and organized (Thanks to the drain of Worldcon on local Fen resources).

There is a precis of the panels up on the Arisia website and I know they are busily finishing up the programming grid, saying when/where the panels are. If you are talking about moderating or participating on panels, I think it may be too late but definitely email programming@arisia.org; they will know for sure.

I know there are a couple LARPs that will run as well as an event about LARPs but I'm not involved with programming so I don't know what they will be doing.

I know programing was trying to finish up things over the weekend. I know it is too late to be put into the program book since it is on the way to the press already. It is still worth dropping them a note. I don't know if there are any open slots in track you want but even if they are already filled for this year, that is the best way to get on the list for next year.
