Infor on Panels? ( not the kind in the aret show)

A quick question here.

I do mainly Art Show stuff at ARISIA, I am in the art show and this year am going to have one of the new "fan tables".

I recieved all the art show info and stuff, but never got the info on panels. Is it to late to find out what panels there are going to be, and to add my name to be considered for certain ones?

I am interested in being on any panels about the subject of L.A.R.Ps.
