The convention must be over. I pressed the elevator call button and the elevator arrived instantly, and it was empty!

Thanks to everyone who helped put on the convention, and to everyone who came to the convention. We need both to have a good Arisia.

We've added forums to the Arisia website. Please use them to discuss what you thought about Arisia '07, and to discuss some of the panels at Arisia.

As seems to be customary after any convention, a post where folks can post links to their
(public) posts about their Arisia experience!

Please post 'em, as I was unable to attend due to school and distance issues. I'm living vicariously through this year's con-goers! I NEED YOUR POSTS. Need. Please?

Thanks!

I'd heard that the hotel was small, but I had no idea just HOW small it was - I feel like William Shatner at the end of season 2 on original Trek. *

Just a suggestion: If there's enough Security available, it would be a great idea to station someone outside the elevator banks on every floor to avoid overloading. And whoever it was who had the idea to require everyone to exit at the top and bottom floors: thank you! "Up to go down" may have been acceptable at the Park Plaza, but it's definitely not an option at the Hyatt.

Looking forward to the next Arisia...and hoping that after that, we'll have a bigger hotel...

PS - One suggestion: since a lot of editions of Clear Ether disappeared kind of quickly, perhaps PDFs could be posted on the Arisia website?

Hello,

I was on the Genre hopping panel and began talking to the woman who was sitting second from the opposite end from me. Facing the table i was on the far left, she was second form the right and came in with the woman on the end of the table. Anyway we began talking as we left, and somehow i think we miscommunicated where and when we were going to meet, or at least I was confused. She had written two novels and had them published as romance although she didn't think of them as romance novels. If anyone can help me find her that'd be great.
