Dealer?

Hi! I'm new here, although not to Arisia - I've been to all of them since the first, and I've been panelling at the con for eight or nine years at least. I also did a few amateur videos over the years (is the contest still being held, I wonder?).

Anyway, can anyone tell me what's necessary to get a room on Dealer's Row? I know it's much too late for this year, but I have friends who tried to get a room six months ago. They were told it was already too late then, so I was wondering if they should be trying now to get a room for 2005.

I am one of this year's division heads... While, yes it is too late to get in for this year. It's never too early to start planning for next year. :-)
