The person in http://www.boston-baden.com/hazel/Pix/p.cgi?2006+3754-5+arisia066.jpg+3754 is seaya - if you want her name in the caption, you probably should ask her first for permission.
There's a method on the website to add captions. You can always send the people you see pointers to the website. Be aware that the captions appear via google, etc..
I asked her for her name when I took the picture; I told her I was putting it on my website and gave her my card with the website address on it.
If she'd like the caption changed to not have her last name (or some other variation -- no name, just her alias, et cetera) she can always let me know. Do you have reason to think that she may want the caption changed?
I take the position that my website is a big photojournalism project, and therefore the journalism exemption for photography models applies; however, I'm happy to comply with folks' wishes if they let me know.
She didn't tell me about her LJ. Since her LJ doesn't map to her name, I won't add it without her permission.
