Flaw #1: I don't have a ZIP code. I travelled from Cambridge in the United Kingdom specifically to attend Arisia. You have international, and even intercontinental, attendees.

i could certainly be wrong, but my impression was that everyone had a postal code of some sort or another. are there sections of the UK that don't? the field will take alphanumeric characters, not just numbers, specifically because i expected non-US attendees. if you're complaining that it was called "ZIP code" instead of "postal code", then i apologize for that.

The online survey is osmething new this year. In the past we've had paper surveys available at the convention, but getting many results was tricky and time consuming. This time we went digital.

By "coat check", do you mean the hotel's coat check? I wasn't even aware the con had a separate one.

Um, there was already supposedly a sign up at Reg for the Arisia-run Coat Check....I requested signs for outside the CC+@InfoDesk+@Reg & I actually saw 2 of those signs up, so I can only imagine that the third went up, too. (PS-Thanks for hand-delivering my badge when I broke the badge printer(s).)

This survey has been answered by over 85 respondents so far. It has been tested. Finding a bug in the deployed version does not imply the script wasn't tested.

i believe i've found the problem, though i'm not 100% sure. if you would please give it another try and let me know if the problem persists, that would be helpful.

i believe that i've found the error - it's a cookie problem when two people try to take the survey at the same time. i believe i've fixed it, but do please let me know if the problem comes up again.

Same errors as jbsegal got. First time I clicked the button on the opening page. And the second. And the third. No way for me to see the survey, apparently.
