How fabulous to stumble across this community! I wish I'd known it existed /before/ my first Arisia, but after is almost as good!

I'm wondering if anyone here got pictures of me in my Flying Spaghetti Monster hat (with my teddy bear in his)? Several folks stopped me, but I was too completely flustered at having my picture taken to think to ask for contact information so I could get a copy of the pictures.

That being said, I had a wonderful time and can't wait for next year!

Thanks, they were very fun to make. (And wear! I was totally unprepared for the reaction!)

I've got permission by the guy who created FSM, to sell a few as "wearable art", but they're very time consuming to make, so I don't think anyone would be interested in buying them for what it would cost me to make one. :) So, I'll just go one being one of the only folks to wear one. :)

I am going to guess that by this time next year, FSMs will either be everywhere (hence taking away a lot of the individualism of the pieces) or be completely forgotten... but maybe...

I would have no clue how to go about it, having never done anything "artshow" worthy before. :)
