Other than calling the hotel is there anyway to make sure that the room I got will ACTUALLY be available when I get there. I reserved back on 11/9, but have known other who had done the same and when they went to checking...sorry your room is not available
Was this last year, or a previous year? The hotel completely changed systems for last year, and we're trying to get a feel for how reliable the new system is.
I'm hearing reports that the hotel system may be reporting it's full when it's not. I will look into this and see what's going on, and report back here as soon as I know.
