Party hosting and hotel special requests

People who would like to host a party have until December 5th to fill out the Party Host Request Form . Prospective party hosts should already have a reservation at the Westin or should be on the Waitlist.

The deadline for requesting accessible rooms, cots, cribs, or connecting rooms is also December 5th. The deadline for requesting to be in the family block, in a low/shabbat floor, or any other locations requests or reservation modifications is December 9th. Any special requests must be made by filling out the Special Request Form.

Does a fridge (for medical supplies) fall under this category or do we just request that from the hotel?
