arisiaThings get pretty crazy the last weekend before the convention.
Two mobile apps are up and ready for you to use. Like last year, you can use Guidebook. We also have KonOpas which allows you to use the browser on your phone but still view all the data if you are not connected to the net.
We're getting ready for the big move into the hotel. Pre-registration is closed, and we're busily preparing to start loading trucks 2 days from when you probably read this. If you are local and can help us with the load in tasks, follow in real time where the trucks are and where the volunteers are swarming on Twitter, @ArisiaLogistics.
We have another late-breaking schedule change. We're terribly sorry to tell you that DJ Johnny Zed is unable to attend Arisia this year and spin his tunes for you, but we're working hard to line up a set of DJ's who want you to dance all night with them. See the dance page on the website for info about this and other dance opportunities at the con.
We can't wait to see you there. Just 5 more days!

The art show tour info recently got added and should be in the next update of the schedule, we'll do our best to get that up there.
