Individual day memberships?

I already have a full membership, but a friend asked about individual day memberships. I said yes, but he said the website was not clear about that. I checked, and yes .. nothing I can see about individual day only memberships. Will this still be offered? (yes, I know you can't purchase these ahead of time, only on the day, at the door)

Day memberships will only be offered if we have not hit our cap -- which we expect to do, probably late Friday or early Saturday. As people start to leave later in the convention we may open registration again -- I would certainly expect Monday only memberships to be available, and we might sell a few memberships on Sunday. Check the web site before coming down. If you're thinking of attending Saturday only, I would definitely recommend that you buy a full membership now, before the rate increase; the current $55 rate is only slightly more than the $45 that a Saturday only membership would be if we're still selling memberships on Saturday, and you're guaranteed to get one.

Totient has given a pretty detailed answer. I would just say that if you or your friend have any questions you can probably get a quicker answer by mailing registration@arisia.org - they're good and have the latest info at their fingertips.
