After years of only going to Lunacon only (1984-2004, missing 2005 because I was taken care of my partner Brenda who was dying from colon cancer).
I will be going to my very first Arisia! So on the 3rd I registered with the con and last night I registered with the hotel room. So it is now official! I hope to see some old friends (the ones that I know go to Arisia) and make some new ones.

Bring your warmest outdoor clothes: Arisia is typically on one of the coldest weekends of the year here. Plan to not get much sleep.

I am looking forward to being there! I know some people from Lunacon that also go to Arisia and my VERY good friend badgerthorazine lives in the area will be there as well. Hope to make some new friends. On sleep, I have been going to cons since 84, so I know that you get sleep at a con when you get home the day after. That is why I will be staying till monday [btw I will also be getting there on Thursday].
