We are currently expecting to be in the Westin Waterfront at least through 2015. There are very few hotels in Boston that can accommodate Arisia.

It's too bad there are so few Boston hotels big enough. This Westin is the most expensive place yet, they forbid Dealers Row, they shut down Barfleet, no-discount expensive parking, their food court sucks, and it's hard to drive to.

Personally I loved the Hyatt, and the Hyatt loved us. Parking discount, easy to drive to, restaurant discount, awesome food court, interior balconies, view of the Charles, futuristic architecture! I don't care that it's small, it's my favourite con hotel ever and I'd go back there in a microt. Whoever got it for us for 4 years, thank you!

I worry that as Arisia continues to grow, will it destruct like Boskone 87? Move to NYC? Morph into something more like a Comicon or Megafest? OK the 3rd is not likely, Arisia's greatest strength is its diversity of programming.
