The registration rates for Arisia are going up to $50 from $40 tomorrow night. To get the $40 rate please make sure to register by the end of Thursday.

Do you know whether, if I volunteered in 2009, got 2010 reg covered, but couldn't go, I'm covered in 2011?

Those sorts of rollovers aren't automatic, but it is within Arisia Policy to do them. Please send e-mail to registration@arisia.org to make sure this happens!

The only way to pay is through PayPal. Once you resign yourself to that fact and click CONTINUE, you get the option to set up a PayPal account.

It was... somewhat disconcerting ... to encounter this in the midst of a last-minute registration process.

We are sorry that you decided to wait to the last minute to register at this reduced rate. We have amended the registration page to make it more clear that the current method of registering online requires a PayPal account, and are investigating our options for making that not so. It is also possible to register without a PayPal account by printing off a paper registration form (linked off of the registration page of the Arisia website) and mailing in via the USPS a check, money order, or your credit card information.

I'm a program participant. Do I need to register?

Most panelists are comped according to the number of panels they are on, and do not need to go through the normal registration process.
