Humidity in the Hotel

Apparently, if you ask, the hotel lends out humidifiers. hakamadare called down for one Thursday night, and they delivered it promptly. We enjoyed breathing with relative ease, and there were no static shocks in our room. Yay! Thought others might be interested, for future years.

If only I'd known. You wouldn't believe all the insane things I've tried to get a little moisture into the air at the Park Plaza. The atmosphere there is deadly to human skin.

I never go to the Park Plaza without my industrial sized bottle of Static Guard. In fact this year I trekked down to CVS in the numbing cold to buy a bottle.

I always find it ironic that a hotel with so many water leaks has such dry air.
