I've put some photographs up on Arisia's Facebook event page. More are coming. Just a friendly note that if you see yourself in any pictures that you would not like to be in, please let me know, and I'll delete the picture or obscure your part of it, whichever I feel is more appropriate. I also have larger-sized originals if you like one of you and want a better copy.

BTW, the con guys did a pretty bang-up job this time around. I wish other conventions were run like this, and I'm already registered for and looking forward to next year's. :)

Oy, it's so many little things. Having somebody visit each panel around the halfway mark to record rough levels of attendance for later analysis, having a con suite and keeping it regularly stocked with nerdfuel around the clock (also, allowing the occasional vendor to take it over with their own food donations is a really great idea, because it means sudden influxes of less junky food and an easy way to get them some advertisements), having a Filthy Pierre style party board and flyer table.... Having a "how are we doing so far?" panel each day after the first instead of a final hour gripe session is a pretty spectacular idea, because if something's up, you can qualm issues before heads explode.

I recommend making it a bit easier to volunteer. Since I'm still in Con-mood, I have the urge to take pre-Wicked Thursday off and offer my capacity for grunting at set-up, but I suddenly realize that the word "volunteer" doesn't seem exist on your site (http://www.google.com/search?q=volunteer+site%3Awickedfaire.com). Wicked Village seems to be the place to go for this, but I know to search there because I already know WF.

They doubtless have other ways to corral everybody. I do know that my prereg had been lost, but the matter was resolved so quickly that I was only delayed about ninety seconds. There was a clear chain of command, so everybody knew what they were doing and, for the stuff out of their scope, they knew exactly where to escalate questions and problems.

Last thing I can suggest without taking over this post with OT is that having a separate hotel liaison and a separate party liaison would be a very smart idea, especially since your event, like Arisia, wants to be very party heavy, and relations between those two groups are very critical and can induce drama. But you already know that part.
