I assume that the recent email intended for "those programming participants
who are on less than three but at least one programming panel/activity" was actually sent to all programming participants, including those on more than three panels?

I guess this means it was written in either Perl or PHP?

I got it as well, and I'm on 8 panels (I also got my comp last week). However, in *Zambia*, I still show as "Your registration status is not registered. Programming has requested a comp membership for you."

I assume that it went out to everyone whose setting in Zambia is set to that, even if they were fully comped. I found the phrasing of the mail confusing, though, and sent mail to programming telling them to expect some panicked inquiries.

Zambia thinks I'm registered and on 5 panels, but I also got two copies of this email (one to $FIRSTNAME).

Eh. Something glitched, it'll get fixed; if we're lucky, this is the obligatory Thing Wot Breaks and we'll get it over with ahead of time. :-)

I also got this (twice the first to $FIRSTNAME)

I wrote to programming@ after I saw the first and again about 40 minutes ago (this time including also reg@ and program@)

I am on 4 panels btw.

PS: I am fully comped because I also worked in the Con Suite and other stuff last year.

It appears that way. If you are listed in Zambia as being on 3 or more panels (which all programming participants should be able to check) you DO have a comp, and we are processing them as fast as possible. We will also be making a second pass, as I believe some people's status's have changed since we did an initial pull. We thank you for your patience at this busy time.

If you are on 3 or more panels you will receive a comp membership. The previous emails were sent in error to all participants.
