I am considering bringing a bunch of old gaming books that I have in the hopes of selling them. So the question is: would this be doable in some way at the con?

Try asking one of the dealers if they could sell your books for you for a commission.

I'm pretty sure that Arisia frowns on people who aren't registered dealers selling stuff. I mean, if you happen to strike up a conversation with someone and a deal comes out of it, it's probably okay, but if you set up signs or go around actively trying to sell... it's entirely possible you'd be asked not to. But I dunno.

This year Arisia is offering fan tables at $20/4 (?) hours, for people who want to be temporary dealers. I don't know how you'd acquire one; email the con for more info.

Hi, I'm one of the dealers... I will sell your books for a commission. If you could bring them in some sort of milk crate or book shelf like device, that would make it easier to display them.
