Parking for Trailer

Just a brief post regarding parking for a pickup truck and trailer.  A bunch of us are carpooling AND throwing parties so we decided to get a trailer and now we need a place to park!  I've contacted the Arisia Hotel Liason but haven't heard back.  Anyone have an idea where we can park the rig for Thursday thru Monday morning???

Trying to deal with last-minute complications. I have three quick questions:

1. Does the shuttle from .Le Meridien run all night? How often does it run?
2. Does Le Meridien have a breakfast buffet? Is it nice?
3. Has anyone tried using walkie-talkies to communicate with their children in Fast Track? From the ground floor, for example? Or can you suggest alternative methods of keeping in touch?

I originally asked about the Courtyard, but they just informed me that they're totally sold out for Arisia.
