I realize this won't make everyone happy. But, after looking at the
train schedule and talking to the host and others, I have decided the
best compromise is to call the meeting on Sunday to order at 3 PM.
Please plan on arriving after 2 PM, smofing, and being ready to start
promptly at 3 PM. I'd like to have as short a meeting as possible to
allow for dinner and smofing afterwards. The other things Jill
said in her email of yesterday still apply:
> For those of you planning to take the Commuter Rail - the goal is the
> Franklin/495 station. If any of you tell me when your train is coming in
> (at least 10 minutes before the meeting start please), we'll pick you up.
> I'd like a head count so that sufficient vehicles are dispatched.
> Anyone wishing to is welcome to stay for dinner, until 8pm. Generally we do
> potluck dinners with lots of people. That's fine. The current forecast for
> Sunday is 67 and a few showers. If it's not too wet or too cold, the grill
> will be available for cooking. Again, try to let me know if you are
> planning to stay for dinner and if you are bringing something to share to
> eat.
