arisiaNot your average apartment
This place is definately not for everyone but if you fit the bill its a fabulous place to live. Its a 3br apartment on the top of a three floor house. Its located by Tufts University in Somerville/Medford on Boston Ave. It tends to be home to the artists, poly, pagan, kinky, queer, and friendly. Myself, I am 23, ftm genderqueer, fit the previous discription, am also veggie (though won't attack carnivours with sticks of brocolli), an artist, activist, and outreach worker. I'm a light drinker, smoke the occational clove or 420, sense of humor, laid back, clean. No hard drugs or inside cigs please, tank pets only. The house has big bedrooms, eik, pantry, full bath, two decks, a livingroom and a second livingroom that is being used as a studio/playroom. It also has offstreet parking, is close to rt.93/16/2 Its really spacious. The 80/94 bus picks up right infront of the apartment and the 94 (and 96 which is a block away) goes to Davis in less than 2min. You can also walk there in about 20min. Its not a party house, its clean and quiet but social. The rent is $550 a month plus utilities (which are under $100/per person). The place is avail. now but lease must be signed August 1st.
