Hey, folks, I'm head of publications this year. Belatedly, it occurs to us that we could use some extra clipart-type greyscale art to put into the restaurant guide, newsletter, etc. Do you draw aliens going out to dinner? Do you have a few b&w ninja or pirate drawings that we could utilize? I'm very late in making this request, but if you have anything you'd be willing to let us use in exchange for the glory of having it published in our publications and on the Arisia website, I'd be really grateful. My friend runs Bostongamers, so hopefully she won't get too mad at me. I poked my Pandemonium friends to repost it in their LJ.

I also talked to one of the guys who works in the mail room in my building and has two webcomics, and told him about the convention and your request. I'll poke some of my artist friends as well. Sadly, I am only an unlicensed Architect and can't draw people or aliens well. If you need floorplans or maps made, I'd be happy to help.

Well, I'm happy to help (and expand my portfolio) but I'm still working on my Masquerade Costume and that's taking most of my free time between now and the con!

The main priority at the moment is the restaurant guide, since that goes to print first. We could really use three or four illustrations of theme-related stuff having to do with food and eating. Beyond that, though, anything we can use for ninjas in the margins, etc., would be wonderful! Send whatever you have or can put together and we'll be thrilled to pieces. :)

I saw! I especially like the "food court" one. Given that there's no food court at the convention, would it be okay with you if we photoshopped out the "court" part of that sign? I don't want to disturb your art against your wishes, but I'll totally put that at the top of my list if we can take that one word out. I love it!
