Roomn for a launch party?

arisiaHi All,
I'm new to the group, and new to throwing con parties, but an old-timer in terms of attending. Having not planned far enough in advance, I'm now looking for a room to sublet for a party one night (first choice: Saturday) to introduce Fantastic Books (which I publish) and launch Daniel M. Kimmel's Jar Jar Binks Must Die. I've been attending Arisia for two decades now (jeez, is it that long?!), but this will be my first party.
Any pointers, suggestions, or offers will be gratefully appreciated. Thanks, and happy new year!
