Panel Meeting Space?

If five people on a panel wanted to have a brief planning meeting on Friday evening, where should we go to do this? (Using panelists' hotel rooms is not ideal.) Is that what the green room is for? Is there anywhere on Arisia.org that describes the different "public" rooms (like consuite) and what they're for?
