I know many of you have already thought of this, but ...

When an Arisia staffer spends time working tirelessly to make your convention better, they're not getting paid in anything other than egoboo. So if you appreciate the work they've done, please let them know! There are often negative bits of feedback that need to be addressed, and that is definitely important. It'd be nice to see folks get more positive feedback, though, to balance things out. Feedback can be said in person, mentioned in the at-con feedback sessions, emailed to feedback(at)arisia.org, or submitted via the online form.
