Panel Sign-Up Closing

This is a notice that panel selection is open, and you need to get
your choices in by 11:59 PM Saturday October 15th. There were a few people
having technical problems accessing Zambia or saving their choices. If
you are one of these, please try it again, and let us know if you are
still having trouble.

In response to your comments and feedback there have been several
additions of new panels since panel selection opened. I encourage you
to take another glance through to see if there is anything new that
you would want to sign-up for.

Please take the time to fill out the section as to why you would be a
strong addition for each panel you have expressed interest in. We use
this as an important tool in panelist selection, and often the people
who are under enrolled at the end of the scheduling process find it is
because we didn't realize the participant's background until too late.

If you are interested in being in the Masquerade, please be aware that
tech rehearsal sign-ups will take place from 12-5 in 8 minute blocks
on Saturday. The Masquerade generally runs from 8-10 pm.

Note: Further updates from Programming will only be sent to
participants who have indicated that they are attending Arisia 2012.
If you have not already done so, and do plan on attending the
convention this year, please indicate "Yes" in the drop-down menu next
to  "I am interested and able to participate in programming for Arisia
'12" and click the Update button.  This selection can be found on the
participant start page after login.
