Hotel Question

I've sent more than 6 e-mails to both the hotel and innkeeper addresses requesting confirmation info regarding a 2 BR suite. I originally made this request back in Spetember. i have not heard back from anybody. I am getting concerned as I have 6 other people and only booked 1 room as that's what the website said to do. Does anybody know who else I should try contacting?
