There were at least two*; both of which were in the 21st century. Arisia is (approximately) a 92% predictor of snow on MLK weekend. Sometimes the snow is so light that it's barely noticed, and it might fall on the Thursday of load-in, but yeah, typically, during the time that Arisia occupies the hotel in a meaningful sense, it snows.
