2010 masquerade dvd?

So, I've een waiting very patiently, which is very hard for me to do, and I haven't seen or heard any news about when this year's masquerade dvd will be available.  Did I miss something, or is it still up in the air?

Cannot complete order

The CreateSpace website will not let me complete my order. I get to step 3 but then it bounces me back to step 2. It seems like there should be a button to "SAVE" or "CONTINUE" on step 3, but there is only "RETURN TO SHIPPING"

It worked for me a month or so ago. I don't want to order another, but I just walked thru it as far as I could and I think you need to click on the "Use This Profile" or "Create Another Profile" buttons.

If that doesn't work, there is a "contact us" link down the bottom of the page - it appears that takes you to a form to fill out and someone will get back to you - it is a shame they don't just include a 1-800 number.

Ok, waited awhile and tried again .. this time with success .. received my copy today.

PS .. how did Marty Gear get named as M.C. on the disk? Was someone thinking of last year?

Yeah, apparently we were lame in getting the credits to the DVD production person and he went with last year's or something.
