In Search of Your Fan Art ...

Hey, folks, I'm head of publications this year. Belatedly, it occurs to us that we could use some extra clipart-type greyscale art to put into the restaurant guide, newsletter, etc. Do you draw aliens going out to dinner? Do you have a few b&w ninja or pirate drawings that we could utilize? I'm very late in making this request, but if you have anything you'd be willing to let us use in exchange for the glory of having it published in our publications and on the Arisia website, I'd be really grateful. You can contact me at publications at arisia.org. :)

The nice folks who run Arisia's website have posted a schedule of events, sorted by trackname.

My husband took that list, made it into an Excel spreadsheet, and sorted it into chronological order. If anyone would like that spreadsheet, it's here: http://cerul.dyndns.org:8080/ari2.xls

EDIT: We realize that the schedule is still flexible, so he plans on updating the spreadsheet closer to the con itself. I'll remind him to share the new version.

Membership cap information

Important News

Arisia is moving to a smaller hotel than we've been in recently. Because of this, we've lowered our membership cap. Once we exceed that cap, we will stop selling new memberships.

If you plan on buying a membership at the hotel, we suggest that you check the Arisia website before traveling to the hotel.

Registration for Arisia '07

Did you have a good time this year? Did you miss your chance to register Sunday at the con?

Now's your chance. The rates are $30 until sometime in September (ok, so it's a long chance) so stop by and register for next year's con.

Register for Arisia '07. (It's the same form as last year - add yourself to the form, then click on the "Add to PayPal" (something about PayPal anyway) to put it in your PayPal shopping cart. Add more people or check out and pay via PayPal.)
