Signed up to be a panelist - not going - question
Hi.
I signed up to be a panelist at Arisia and I have been put on 3 panels at this point. Due to expenses, I cannot justify going to Arisia this year. Does anyone know whom I should inform.
I would like to be able to get my name off of the list of panelists before the programs are printed up and I don't want to leave anyone in the lurch. If it's possible to find replacements for me on the panels, I would also like that to happen.
