Save the date - hotel reservations open September 10th!

Hotel reservations are opening next week on Tuesday, Sept 10th. The links will be live on the website by 10am, EDT. Please check the website http://2014.arisia.org/Hotel for more information about rooms at The Westin and The Renaissance this year.

The hotel does not honor requests made in the "Special Requests" box on the Starwood reservations page for the Arisia room blocks. After making your reservation, please go back to the Arisia website and fill out our special request formhttp://2014.arisia.org/SpecialRequestInfo

If you need an accessible room, to modify your room reservation, request a cot, crib, or other amenaties, please fill our the special request form http://2014.arisia.org/SpecialRequestInfo after making your reservation.

If you want a room in the family block, near childcare and other families with children, make a reservation in the ACTIVE block and then fill out the special request form to request placement.
