Anybody wanna get lei'ed?
I don't throw con parties myself, but I figured I would post this in case anyone who is throwing a party would be interested in this.
Does anyone want/need leis for your con party? A local store near me (Ocean State Job Lot) is selling 36 count packs of leis (the plastic kind) for a mere $2! That's $.05 a lei!
Personally I love parties with themes and where there is something small and cheap that all of the attendees can have to make them feel included in the party theme and that is like a badge of honor as they wander around the rest of the con. I don't know how many people tend to hit parties but for $12 you could have over 200 leis to give away. That's pretty cool, I think. ;)
