Wifi etc.

What's the situation with Internet access this year? I know the Hyatt's website says there's fee-based access in the guest rooms, but what about the function space? Have we made any arrangements for free access?

We've worked out our usual arrangement. I don't believe there's wifi in all of the function space and the info to use it will be in the pocket program when you get to the con.

There is WiFi in the function rooms, but it's a commercial service.

We have totally made arrangements for free wifi in at least the lobby and guest rooms. Not sure if it works in function space. Code will be published in the pocket program, which is already online if you look through the PDF. :)

If you're willing to volunteer, we'll have a computer or two available for volunteers to use while they're waiting for assignments.

The hotel has a "business center" in the lobby with two computers that you can use, but they probably aren't cheap.
