Arisia Convention

This may be more than people want to do, but I like the idea of encouraging behaviors by setting a good example. Maybe people could wear "I showered!" stickers, like "I voted" stickers? Or maybe the ninjas could run around with shower gear, or a shower curtain, have a skit about showering and encouraging people to join them in being clean? (perhaps that gets too riske, the concept needs work!)
