It should be KT Pinto.

That's my author name.

Please fix it everywhere possible, as many of my readers don't know my real name, and may not realize that that's me.

It would probably be best to contact someone in scheduling via e-mail, rather than via the LJ, since not all of them check the LJ community consistently.

Your best bet for this sort of thing is to email pubs@arisia.org, as those are the guys who deal with documents. I don't believe any of this year's major Pubs people check LJ regularly.

It may be too late for the printed publications, since I think those had to go out the door on Friday or something. You might cc program@arisia and webmaster@arisia to try to make the change spread as far as possible, if it's still possible.

I agree on the worry that staff is too busy to be checking the LJ community right now. We're all running around like nuts! :)

It'll be fixed the next time I upload the online schedule, but it's probably too late for the printed stuff.

We can put a note in the at con newsletter to let folks know that that Kim and KT Pinto are the same person.

I emailed the head of pubs as soon as I saw this, and he said it was (regrettably) too late for the printed program items. Please send a note to newsletter@arisia.org with a correction, so it'll be published at-con.

At some point, we'll also need to check our scheduling software, and see how you're listed there.

I fixed the pubs name in Zambia, so the version of the schedule I just uploaded to http://2009.arisia.org/ConSchedule says "KT Pinto".
