Shuttle schedule?

Any word on when the shuttle service will be starting next Friday?  I need to figure out how much time I have to take off from work.

We haven't heard from the Innkeeper yet if we have rooms or not, or even where our place on the waiting list is. It's a week from the convention and we need to be able to schedule transportation and other things. Plus I'm moderating two panels and on three others, and if I can't attend, I need to know so I can tell programming.

The overflow hotel is *NOT* an option for us. If we can't attend, we can't attend, but I really need to know one way or the other. Or should we just call the hotel on Thursday morning and take our chances?
